Nowadays, people spend most of their time indoors. Due to this, we often neglect nature and what it has to offer. Sometimes when I am in a funk, I take a brisk walk outside which makes me feel much better afterwards. It is extremely important to find some ‘green time’ throughout the day to get some fresh air and clear the mind.
A simple way to get some green time is to…watch the sun set! It turns out that by doing something as simple as enjoying the sun set can make you can feel happier, act nicer, and can boost creativity. These pros alone should be enough to convince you. Watching the sun set comes in all shapes and forms. Some may enjoy the sunset while on a walk or a run, while others may like to simply sit outside and sip on a drink while watching in complete serenity. But hey, there are no rules on how to enjoy nature. I challenge you to find time this week to watch the sun set or the sun rise, and I promise… you will be glad you did.

-Go for a walk or run
-Enjoy your favorite drink or dessert
– Paint the sun set/rise
